Be Well Hospitals Kilpauk - General hospital in Chennai - Chennai, India

I was admitted at Be Well hospital under reference from Dr Chandramouli ENT Surgeon to undergo biopsy in throat. To my surprise the hospital charges are very reasonable. The staff nurses were very kind and did excellent service. The housekeeping staff also rendered great service. The hospital is very hygienic. Overall an excellent hospital.

We are visiting here to consult our family doctor Dr.Pickthall. Pros: 1) Good facilities. 2) Doctor treatment is good and nurses here are friendly. 3) Hospital is clean. Suggestion: 1)It will be good if we have canteen here.People who got hospitalized or came to visit doctor need coffee or tea or basic food.. Cons: 1)In case of emergency they don't have structure available at the ground floor. 2) People at receptionist should act wisely when paitent with unconscious arrives. They are taking too much time.

Waste and worst hospital I have ever seen in chennai... They will eat your time.. Need to wait for minimum 5 hours... Doctors won't come on time... I have waited for 5 hours with my one year old baby, I need to choose this hospital because of the bloody insurance.. Please choose some corporate hospital... This is utter waste

I came here to consult Dr. Pickthall who is really good at diagnosing and recommending great solutions. Also, here nurses are friendly and take care of the patients very well. Overall, it's a great hospital!

1.This hospital has one of the finest surgeon Dr.N.M.Pickthall sir, he is one among the best surgeon in Chennai City. The 2 star rating that i have given is only for the doctor. 2.When it comes to nurses they are really good , they treat patients with care and very good attention. 3.The admin set up of the hospital has lots of aspects to improvise. The keep changing people too often for you too have hardships in communication 4.The most worst part of this hospital is the insurance department. Those people working for insurance will treat you like you have are getting your treatment done free of cost. When it comes to reimbursement for hospital side you will never get your money back even it has been more than 8 months ( this is from my personal experience) . They don't have any corporate sector wing to deal with your problem. They get all your money saying they you reimburse but believe me you will not get even a single paise though your insurance company have paid to the hospital 5.There is no canteen in the hospital they say it since COVID it isn't operating. But they get your orders and arrange food when you are in-patient 6.I would recommend you to prefer this hospital only for the surgeon Dr.N.M.Pickthall who does his best to save lives. Otherwise the hospital has its own flaws.

Experienced doctors , hospital is clean, nurse and Housekeeping staffs are good in their work .especially staff gomathi .

The staff at the hospital displayed remarkable skills, compassion and efficiency. They maintained exceptional cleanliness standards throughout. Their care for mom was outstanding and their supply was truly comforting. The doctors and nurses demonstrated a high level of professionalism.

Doctors and nurses being friendly on this hospital. Mainly Dr manikandan who s sooo friendly. Main I have to spotlight on Mr.Thomas, the great man with polite attitude. Taken care of evrytng on insurance admission and discharge. Had great experience with this hospital. Thank u Bewell team
