Be well Staff nurse was good and duty doctor follow up was good... Especially thanks to Dr.Ganapathi ortho Sir.

Few days before my brother got admitted in this hospital for Dengue fever 1. Rest room was smelly they dint clean it before giving the room. There was water stagnation on the floor which is going to invite mosquitoes...Remember we got admitted for dengue fever but have to deal with this 2. They dint provide TV and AC remote, we were asked to go to the reception and get it. When enquired they told u should get the remotes before 6pm you are coming late. Is it our fault that we were given the room at 7.30 pm after waiting in the reception area for more than 1 hour to get the room? 3. TV was not working at all until next day morning till the technician came to fix it. The same day AC stopped working at around 10.50 pm and again to complain u have to walk down the reception every time. U cannot call or complain directly from ur phone They said one staff will look into it and he has gone to dinner, after waiting till 12.40 the staff said it cannot be fixed, until the next day the technician comes(who fixed the TV) Remember for TV we had to wait till morning and for AC also we had to wait till morning. So no other staff to look into the Maintenance except one staff. Finally it was just a tripping issue, which anyone could have fixed, had they atleast called the maintenance staff and asked about the AC issue. But they made no attempt to address the patients concern 4. Room rent is high(3500) for the kind of facilities they provide. No proper rest room, salty water, No AC, No TV, no Phone to call reception, but we have to pay for all this Finally we asked them to reduce the money since the AC was not working the whole night, they accepted the same. 5. Unnecessarily adding medicines in our bills. We were asked to buy gloves 2 times, but no one used it nor we were instructed to use it. What is the use of adding that gloves in our bill, if we are not going to use it 6. Doctors were polite, but the nurses and the reception staffs were not. One nurse showed her anger towards us, for asking to plug the drip properly. She came banging the door when we pressed the call button and asked her to check on the drip flow, which she forget to unlock. She rather complained that my brother dint place the hand properly. Overall worst experience

I'm Mithun. I was admitted here for dengue. Every nurse was very friendly and I almost always got immediate assistance whenever it was needed. The bed sheets and covers were changed everyday and the rooms and bathroom were cleaned twice every day. The doctors were knowledgeable and everyone (Including the nurses) knew my name and treated me like someone they already knew. Even the cleaners asked me about my well-being every day. The doctors came once a day to just chat and ask about how I was doing. All in all, it was a very positive experience and they proved to be an important factor in my getting better. I recently had to be admitted to Bee Well Hospital Ambattur due to a fever, and I must say that my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The care and attention I received from the dedicated team of nurses and doctors were truly commendable. They were quick to respond to my needs and made sure I was well-informed about my treatment plan. The doctors displayed a high level of expertise and professionalism, making me feel confident that I was in capable hands. My recovery was smoother than I could have imagined, all thanks to their efforts. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical attention. Great experience as a first timer. The Hospital staffs, Dr. Galdston, Dr.Jasmine Nisha and other Co Doctors were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Gladston and team really took their time to explain my Grandfather's conditions. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this Hospital And I would like to suggest the management to make a space for canteen facility. Each and every staffs (including the Nurses,House keeping members and Pharmacists)were Kind hearted towards us and encouraging us for a speed recovery.........

Well experienced and caring staffs. Neat and clean room service. Staff nurses are very very caring and provide service with lots of love . Especially service provided by yuvarani sister, apanu sister, sathya sister and all duty nurses . Duty doctors are very kind and anslyze each and every small symptoms of patient with lots of care. Overall bewell hospital is good in everything especially staff service.thank you.

Treatment and doctors care is absolutely fine. Suggesting timely medicines and visiting the patients frequently. All nurses are very friendly and supportive. One star less due to room maintenance. Bathroom alone could have maintained better.

doctors are god its not a sentence its my true experience on nov 3rd i admitted my husband in emergency case DR.GLadson sir gave my husband back to me am so thankful for him and Dr.ANand sir plastic surgeon his treatment and way of taking care of patient awesome ,and nurses my sweet hearts all were like my family members just super hospital and treatment too Good
