Recently I joined a Yoga instructor course. All the teachers are very supportive, explaining everything clearly. Everyone thinks yoga is just Asanas after joining the institution I realised yoga is mental awareness and mastery over the mind. How to overcome our problems, how to control breath, how to cure our physical ailments everything Mam's explained clearly. As a god gift i joined here. Thanks Mam.

I joined this institute couple of months back. Yoga trainer Shiva Prasad sir is so good in training, I feel so energetic and enthusiastic in the morning batch. And also thank you Farzin mam for sharing your yoga knowledge to all of the trainees, I gained so much knowledge regarding weight loss & life style. It is so useful to join this institute.

Namaste.. The first time i met Farzin ma'am to discuss my health issue. My health issue was I had a Seizure 3 months ago after discussion she guided me well and gave me more confidence. After I started my yoga practice in Swami Vivekanand Institute I had a major change in my health. I would like to mention here 1. I used to get more pain in my legs and hands due to Seizure 2. My confidence level was low now ,it's better 3. My body fat is reduced and my body weight remains the same as per my height 4. I was unable to drive a car and ride a bike now I am able drive and ride 5. I am growing mentally and physically day by day I am thankful to Farzin ma'am, Ravi Sir and ShivPrasad Sir. I am grateful for such a wonderful support. I highly recommend this yoga Institute. Thank you so much once again

They are purely money minded. They take the fee and do not care if you request them for an extension if you are unable to attend classes. I just ended up paying fee for entire duration and due to circumstances I had to travel and I asked the team to extend the duration to next month as I dint attend any classes except for 1 single class. They dint even consider the case. They said fee paid is final no changes will be done. They keep calling you until you don't enroll and pay the amount. Once paid They don't bother about our attendance.

NAMASTE What is the original nature of a human being? Have you ever think? A blissful mind and a happy life is all we want. I have joined TTC course and now I can say that I am at zenith of my happiness. Yoga will work not only at the physical level but it will work on your mental level wonderfully. Most of the ailments will start from mind only and Yoga won't give you PILL for that , it will give PEACE which will work tremendously. There is no wonder that Yoga is full package in it, starting from Asana to Pranayama to Bhajan and then driving us to meditation....... while writing these it's a big satisfied SMILE on my face, because I am drinking this nectar everyday. Farzin ma'am is a great personality. She is doing marvelous work rather I would say she is doing YAGNA for society's wellbeing. Let's join our hands with her and let's serve to the society with NISHKAMYA BHAVA. Unto the Lotus feet Hari Om!
