Area is good. Near to bus stop and railway station. There are no shops or stalls nearby. Water Bill is heavily charged by government bodies.. rental charge even on water pipe, sewage and water tank, pumps and fittings in 1bhk house.. water Bill exceed 500 to 600..

Good place which is out and away from too much traffic! 1bhk houses are a bit too small... Once metro is completed, it will be like 35mins away from KBS.

It is easily accessible to 2BHK and 1BHK apartments and Harsha Layout residents

This place is abundant for may years now some shops are opened. But not good maintenance in these years.

It has been so many years after construction but shops are not alloted poor maintenance by BDA

Very good place for local functions ,spacious area will give u a good look and feel.Situated away from traffic noise

The apartments are really good and the community friendly. Heaven for students studying in RV college.

Cool and greenery area maintained by Bda persons. Good party hall but not for all!
