One stop for all at the heart of Banashankari area. The good thing is free parking for bikes and cars. Bangalore south division revenue office is located on the first floor.

It is an old cool hangout place for all ages, there are various types of shops, restaurants, cafes to spend your evenings at. There are even McDonald's, pizza Huts and a few bars too. There is a railway ticket counter as well which is very popular however extremely slow functioning due to the old government employees.
