The view is really good. But the location is far from the mall road. You can't walk to the mall road or market. You have to take your car, or hire a cab. Otherwise, the staff and service is good. Rooms are clean. The surroundings the hotel are really calm.
Amazing experience. Great views, Good location, we had our car, so no issues with accessibility. Great food. Loved the food. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Food was really really good. Rooms are all new, fitted with all modern amenities. Great Service. You could just sit in the balcony and enjoy the coffee for hours. We went last week and all the peaks around were snow capped. Best week of the year. It was snowing the whole week near atal tunnel.
Happy stay. staffs are very friendly Food is traditional and very tasty. Homely feeling. One staff named Pankaj was very good in his service and an extra star for his service too. A beautiful place to stay with family.

Rooms are badly maintained giving a very old look to the hotel. Attitude and response of front office staff is worst. Route leading to this hotel is too narrow. Checked in with spider net in rooms and few insects on bed. Plastic chairs in one room as sofa was not available, but staff attitude was worse to express "this is what is available". Having 3 families and paid booking done, entering at 9pm, I hope you know how bad it feels. Though today morning after lots of interference from our tour operator, they shifted to another floor, with still poor room condition, I'm trying to forget the staff attitude. Never again.
The hotel is located on the top of a mountain with amazing views of the city and snowy peaks. We had stayed on the top floor, but the views were obstructed due to a parapet in the balcony. Cleanliness is a bit concern, we noticed hair strands on the bed, insects etc., Even the cutlery were not cleaned properly. Food is average, but they were able to follow instructions if we specify. Staff behaviour is really good. Overall a decent stay in average price range.
The hotel is nice but it is too far from mall road. To go to mall road via cab the cab drivers charges Rs.1000. Moreover they ask their customers to shift from one room to another which is not acceptable.we were in the hotel for 2 nights on day 2 morning at 8 they asked us to switch to other room. When denied the staff said that they does this to everyone.
I stayed there for only 1 night. Positives - Good staff Very good service Good view Negatives - Rooms were dirty A lot of insects even the spider was on the bed (though they changed the bedding in a minute after requesting for th same) Breakfast was bad To reach there the way is too narrow.
One of the best resort for families. Had a pleasant stay. Allowed us to check in early. Very friendly staff. Nice food available on a single call to room. Games room Is available but not maintained well.
