Nice environment. Good company to join
Not a good place to work for, it's an illusion created as Great Place To work, no impressive policies, they will put so much work pressure on you that you will feel leaving always right from joining moment, always making Saturday's and Sunday's as woking due to absurd work pressure, no one is there that has an appropriate product knowledge, not even knowledge about codebase, no proper sdlc followed, peers are more towards eating your doings rather than contributing themselves, no support at all just only sarcastic behaviour all around. it's a very sad and pathetic place to work.. Pathetic in the end..
Had an opportunity to work here for only 1 year, but to be honest it was the best year by far off my life. The work culture and environment both are really good. The leadership team is also great with a nice vision for the companies success.
