Nice hospital, actually no one can rate a hospital on basis of treatment,cause if ur patients is heal u found hospital best nd if not u found same hospital worst. Same treatment or medicine can have different results. Bt on the basis of clean ness nd hygiene I will give 100%,the environment of hospital is not so tense, private rooms are big nd clean,yes they didn't allow relative to spend time with patients beyond their time schedule, it's not a bad thing,as less u take doctor nd staff time as much time they give to your patient. They have canteen with good food,as a suggestion they should coverd their parking area. Treatment cost is slightly higher than other, but it's not a big deal if patient get well.

I had to admit my father here in an emergency for over a week. Before this he was admitted in PGI. Got to say that BCM hospital has set a standard which is too high for sitapur and even for lucknow hospitals. Although it was no match for pgi obviously, but all the doctors gathered there and had a video conference with PGI doctors and then went with my father's treatment. I was amazed by how good this hospital was in case of neatness, cleanliness, professionalism and intelligence of doctors.

BCM hospital is top-notch hospital in Sitapur. Its quite good for minor ailments related to gastroenterologist, ENT, Dermatologist, obstetrician, Dentist etc. Oncology and neurology departments are absent. I m satisfied with the services that this hospital provides that too at an economical rates.

Since many years I had a great reputation of this Hospital in my mind until I discovered their real agenda of money exploitation myself. Actually my parents admitted one of our family member in emergency at night for the service it is famous for i.e. Gynecology. Medical staff kept our family member in the ward upto morning with any treatment & medication. Finally in the morning hospital staffs started to act when Drs. resumed their duty in the morning and scares us due to bla bla bla reasons. Which I think is lack of their medical service commitment. So I must advise all of my well wishers to avoid hospitalization of patients after 5 PM.

Emergency staff is very bad behaviour & it's not good working properly in treatment

Worst worst and worst hospital in the city, approach any of the hospital but never go to this place even in emergency. Uneducated and unqualified doctors,not even indian, nepalese,Nothing about thier qualification mentioned anywhere. While hospital is run by the impolite, rude and egoistic minor girls, so called "sister" U will find no management or any responsibile person. Will recommend not to go even when dying. It was my blunder to get my mom admittedly here.
