Awesome Street food. Especially non veg.Only problem is of sitting arrangement,off course its a street food destination. Pondy is famous for as a street food destination. Parking and sitting arrangements are common issues everywhere on this street. Just grab any roadside vacant place to park the vehicle and catch a place to stand close to the food stall, and enjoy the food.
We just happened to stop by this place after seeing the uniqueness of this place. A barbecue grill on a bullet bike. We had a combo which consisted of 1 leg piece, 2 juicy chicken wings and 8 kebab pieces which costed 150/-. The chicken was grilled to perfection. Must try if you want to have a quick bite.
This concept in Pondicherry is absolutely rocking. No big investment of space, super economical food and a descent variety to choose from. I was staying just 150 meters away from this bbq ride place and everytime I crossed this path I saw loads of people lined up for some lip smacking snacks. I went and tried two things.. bbq shrimps (6 prices) and bbq chicken wings (6 prices). Both were for Rs 100 each... I mean, it can't get better than this. The grill is hygienic and clean. They serve u food with some coleslaws and Mayonnaise (optional). I wanted to try the bbq fish but I was quiet full with just two wholesome plates of shrimps and chicken. Do take our time and visit this spot. They also pack food if u want. Happy eating
Excellent stuff. Must try the chicken wings. Prawns were too small. It's always crowded so you have to wait a lot.
Unhygiene place, street dogs, open sewage, service ok , money minded person , eyes and mind following money, we ordered chicken wings for 100rs cost . When I am going to the shop ,only one family there (10 member) they ordered more and I am asking 2 times repeatedly for wings, but they service for customers comes back to me and that family. money money ,worse . I am waiting for 6 months to ate here , my fate. Bad day.

The chicken was so good. Perfectly barbecued. The meat was neither undercooked or overcooked. Go for the wings. They are the best. However the Prawns were a disappointment. Extremely tiny and overcooked. They could have been so much more better. Nevertheless it's great street food and it's prepared with a lot of hygiene.
Good bbq, chicken , pineapple. Watch out for the spicy pineapple. Food was well cooked, its a bit hectic but guy taking the order seemed to be on top of it.
