Big bazaar had time to growth his market at top level. My personal experiance they are not interested in custmer's happiness they are doing only bussiness.

Its a good place to hang out with family and friends if you want to do shoping and fun. It also have fun activities for children. It has food corners.. It has Burger King. There are various make and clothing brands... Its has movie theatre and there is big bazar and d mart where you can shop each every thing for your house and even home essentials to grocery you can find everything here. Great location and great mall. But there is bit inconvenience of conveniences at night time and its big expensive in late nights to go back. Its bit far from main city but over a best place for Saturdays and sundays to enjoy weekends.
One of the best big Bazaar outlet, even though it is small in size. Great shopping, staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that they usually keep the air conditioning off and they do not have system for keeping the airflow going. This makes many places in the shop stuffy and uncomfortable. Have shared this several times, both verbally and in writing but to no avail. It's a shame though as it is really one of the best outlets of Big Bazaar.
Cheaters. They have cash back scheme on purchase of 1500 rs. 1000 cashback but no cash back after full filling all terms and conditions. To my horror they said the items on website are not available in store so they deliberately short items so no cash back has to pay . Customer care service is worst. So don't get trap.
