Extremely pathetic hotel. Very bad smell you get immediately you enter the hotel. Room size is too... too small, and it is absolutely suffocating. Do not go with the pictures they have uploaded. There were hell lot of mosquito's in the room. We could not even sleep for 1 hour in the night because of the mosquito bites. We booked the hotel room for 2 nights, but because of this experience, we left the hotel immediately after 1 night and we had to loose money for 2nd day since hotel was not having any policy of cancellation. If you have no plans to be in the hotel then only go for this option. otherwise please do not waste your money.

It's an amazing hotel to stay in Goa near the beach + with a good budget. They serve the really tasty breakfast in the morning and also the room service is great. Especially the washrooms and beds are delights. The staff is supportive as well. The view is good from the balcony. Parking space is also good. There is a market nearby which is a bit costly from reasonable.

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and entertainment. However what makes this hotel extra, extra special is the staff. From the moment you enter you are treated like royalty. From the Resort manager to the room boys to the swimming pool attendants to the restaurant staff especially Restaurant managers who took a personal interest in our dietary requirements, all their aims are to please and make your holiday a wonderful experience for which we whole heartedly wish to thank them. In particular we would like to thank Ms.Ranju at front of house guest relations - you brighten up the day! She takes the time to know the guests and puts herself out in ensuring that your stay is second to none. Sagar greeted every morning with a genuine smile and interest in your wellbeing. The room boys for rooms 105 and 109 your services are the best we have experienced for a long time ( sorry we cannot spell your names!!) Finally the front desk- there friendly disposition and interest in how your holiday was progressing was amazing. To summarise- you have it all due to location, beauty of the hotel itself but above all the staff you employ- please look after them as have already booked to return. Very bad experience. Manager has no sense to deal with customers. They are only behind money and no proper hospitality. Charged full day amount for 1hr late checkout and not intimated about checkout timings earlier. When refused to pay amount he called security with very harsh tone. Hotel is much different from the pics shared. Better stay away from it for proper departure from Goa. I didn't find any continental dish which they promised in package. When asked for the same staff roamed here and there with no proper response. Manager provoked me to write this first ever review. Check this how fake these guys. Property is extremely tiny. Although rooms are clean, some bad smell keeps coming in some rooms. Ac remote doesn't work half the times and even after calling up reception several times, they come at their own slow pace. Breakfast was horrible. They don't allow outside food too. Had to tell them thrice in a day to clean the room and yet they didn't inspite of us being inside the room. At the time of checkout, staff was extremely rude and wrongly charged us of using a bottle in the room fridge when no such thing happened. They wrongly accused us of using their precious water bottle. Really bad experience.

We had a great stay at this hotel everything is outstanding specially we like to recommend Food and Services outstanding and Rooms are very cousy Thanks to entire team

All aminites was great but only think we need more drinking water to each room daily..it should be atleast 1liter bottles. All lenen should be white..other is good all services by mani was too good she is very humble thank you

1. Rooms is good and neat and clean. 2. Washrooms are also clean and organised. 3. Pathetic services, i was calling Reception, Housekeeping and Restaurant from hours but nobody picked up the call. 4. The Food is horrible, i had ordered non-spicy food and they served me extra spicy food for consecutive 3 times. The taste was also horrible and spicy. 5. The hotel is too far from the main road, almost half hour away from the main city highway and you dont find any restaurants to have food in nearby places. 6. Too far from baga beach, although it is nearby to the local beach. The hotel is not a must visit place, try choosing a different place for your stay.
