Bay View Hotel Vizag - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bay View Hotel with my mother & cousin sister for 4 nights starting 23 July 2023.we chose the hotel mainly for its excellent location overlooking the sea. So my mother really enjoyed the sea view from the hotel since she did not venture out much. A special thanks to Mr Shivaya since he ensured that our stay was very comfortable & enjoyable. The other hotel staff were also attentive and courteous. Rooms were spacious & clean. We also enjoyed our breakfast, the spread was really good! Would definitely recommend!!

Very nice location wise. We stayed there in 5th floor. We can enjoy sea view from sea face rooms. The Staff's service is good. Siva, the front desk staff is very helpful and gentle. He always there to help you. Very safe place to roam around. People can go n walk beach at night also. Cons: the room, the sofa should be deep clean, since we the guest leave the hotel room like garbage. As per price it should be more clean and the room is not sound proof so you can hear outside noise easily. After all nice place to stay.. i would love to stay there again.

Nice hotel with sea view. Staff need to be trained more, had to call multiple times to reception for everything. Not even coffee/tea kit or toilet kit provided, had to call 4-5 times even for a dryer.. Food was gr8, in both buffet breakfast n also pantry restaurant.

The restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with attentive service that made our dining experience truly enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The menu impressed us with its wide variety of dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. We were delighted by the quality of the food, as each dish we ordered was flavorful and expertly prepared. The prices were reasonable considering the overall experience and the portion sizes were satisfying. We left the restaurant feeling content and eager to return for another memorable dining experience.

Good hotel to stay near RK beach with a Beach View, although a bit old and little expensive they are maintaining high standards and great hospitality.

The only thing good about this hotel is the view from the sea face rooms. THAT IS IT! The word service is non existent here. Don't expect any room service unless you call them 3-4 times and lose your calm and patience by then. The staff there acts like they care by greeting you every now and then but that's all you can expect from them. Oh and one more amazing thing, if they notice stained bedsheets/ pillows which you may or may not have stained they say and i quote "we don't put stained things, we check and if it is stained it is not allowed" what am i supposed to do if it is stained even slightly? Things like powder stains they complain about, this was a first for me and highly surprising. The staff peeps in your room and looks at the bed and pillows waiting to say something about it. I was travelling with my family, don't know what sort of stains are they used to for the clients they get. This was not acceptable. Lastly, the food is average, not the best. What is worse is the way it is handled, the morning spread is swarming with flies and ants, which after pointing out was addressed, but the next day was the same. Quite disgusted looking at that. In conclusion, would like anyone visiting this place to checkout any other hotels along RK beach, they might all offer the same view as for service i hope you have a better time than i did.

If you're in Vizag for work, family time, leisure or solitude you better not miss this property. Amazing location, awesome food and very friendly staff. This Hotel offers serene view of the RK Beach from room and is located 200 mts from the famous Submarine Museum. This better be on your bucket list.

Very bad experience , frontdest representative on the morning of the 30th Nov,(10:am) behavior was very bad , does not know how to speak to customers . Breakfast was bad, with very few items on the buffet breakfast,
