Bay Leaf Bistro - Vegetarian restaurant in Pimpri-Chinchwad - Pune, India

Bay Leaf Bistro -------------------- This place is located in Pimple Saudagar. If you are looking for rooftop restaurant with vegeterain food and alcohol this place will never disappoint you. I was invited here last thursday for food tasting. Ambience :- It is mind blowing and gives you copy vibes. One of the best rooftop restaurant I visited in pimple saudagar. They have lounge beside it. Live music is there to entertain you. Staff :- Highly Professional and Cooperative. Service :- It was so good. Let's come to food :- Drinks Kokum Juice :- it was too delicious. I liked it very much. It is a perfect juice to start your meal which is having lot of healthy benefits. Starters Lasooni Panner Tikka :- it was so good and perfectly marinated and grilled in tandoor. It was soft and served with corainder chutney. Veg Momo :- It was not upto the mark. It would be much better if it is cooked properly. It was a bit oily. Main Course Paneer Kadai :- The chunks of paneer was nicely cooked and gravy was yummy in taste. A perfect flavourful Paneer dish. Chesse Garlic Naan:- It was beautifully charred and crisp on the outside yet soft, chewy with melting cheese waiting for you on the inside. Dessert Gulab Jamun :- it was so yummy and melt in your mouth. Must try. I loved it. Imarti with Rabadi :- A delightful combination of imarti and malai rabadi. A classic Indian dessert. It was soft and deep fried. It would taste much better if cooked in desi ghee. Overall experience was awesome. I will surely visit this place again. Recommend for Vegetarians. Pure Veg hotel for Vegetarians but please note there are 3 hotels on the same floor which are Lollapalooza, Bay Leaf Bristio, Magnus. Other two are veg, non-veg restaurant. Ambience is pleasant. They have music with singer at evening. The rate of the menu is average. Limited items are available. We ordered in starter barbeque paneer but that wasn't related to barbeque at all. Crispy veg was good in taste. For the main course we ask for garlic naan which was good and lasooni paneer, which was not having taste of garlic at all in it. Peach and Cranberry Mocktail was good in taste. Over-all quantity is good. Ambience is good. Food quality is average. Please plan on weekdays during rush hours they are not maintaining quality.

One of best lounges for family... had been there many times and found all Indian, Italian, Chinese food amazing.. 3 restaurants under same roof give option of party, roof top lounge and Buffet..

This is a real old place in pimple Saudagar . This is a central open property with a fine dining buffet and a lounge beside it . Ambience is nice . They have a live station with imratti , ragda pav and chaat items . Live counter was a low for me as imratti was prepared in dalda oil (vegetable oil) and not desi ghee and rabdi served with it was thin with no consistency . Chat items like dahi bhalla were good but not great , it lacked flavours and freshness , Dahi should be cold while mixing it up but everything was just basic . Bar looks pretty cool but with their buffet they only serve fresh lime or kokam which both ofthem were great . Starters had quite some options from dimsums , paneer tikka , babycorn , kebabs. Dimsums were a bit oily which is against the whole concept of it . Paneer tikka to me was quite good and properly marinated with tandoored to perfection . Babycorn was good , crispy and tasty. Kebabs were again oily. From the main course , i loved the noodles manchurian . Paneer was basic , mix vegetables too. Dal was good but a little more burnt Garlic to it ,it would be awesome. Veg biryani was quite amazing actually ( never thought i would say that) . To me , options were limited in a buffet . Desserts were quite a no-show . From mousse , gulab jamuns , custard and pastries ,only gulab jamuns stand out and everything else was just not upto the mark .Custard was really a blunder. For what its worth, they have live music happening most of the time which is great for a comfort evening.. Do checkout .

It's a average place. Being a roof top hotel it could have been much better. Service was okay but not well managed. Food was not great. Apart from treasure coins nothing we ordered was tempting. Not sure if I will be visiting this place again in near future.

The starters were just delicious... Sharing my plate of happiness where other then pastry everything was damn good...the only problem was mosquitoes....but price wise it was worth it....
