Good ambience. Neat and clean. Food is very tasty. You have a lot of options on the menu. Service is also fast. It is crowded.

It's a two-storey building in the corner of a busy market area of Bapu Bazar, but it's absolutely worth every single penny you spend (it's not expensive, BTW) and clearly, it's a must try restaurant in Udaipur. Location At one end of the Bapu Bazaar street, it's at a walking distance if you are shopping in the vicinity. Rickshaws and cabs are easily available. Vibe A mix of family crowd and friends. The restaurant is extremely popular for its thalis and its food, in general. So, don't be surprised to find queues on weekend evenings and during lunch hours. It's plainly designed and very spacious. Food It's excellent!! There is literally no other word that can do justice to the food. Their gravies are flavorful, the quantity is fantastic, and it's the kind of food that will make you keep coming again and again. Their ground level restaurant is for a-la-carte diners while the first floor is reserved for thali-eating diners. For a-la-carte diners, feel free to order any gravy along with naans or parathas and you will not be disappointed. Do not forget to order their pineapple custard and gulab jamuns at the end. For thali diners, make sure you try the Rajasthani local dal-batti-churma (Google how to eat it properly). They have four sabzis, three daals, rice, three types of bread, farsan, sweet, fryums, and buttermilk. It's a complete meal that will leave you satiated for hours. Pricing Fairly decent for the amazing food they serve. A family of four can have a good lunch below 500. A thali costs 250 INR, as of October 2023. Parking Parking is available for diners.

Food was not amazing but still can say it was ok . More taste can be added in form of chutneys and spices but very straight food was to offer

We came here by somebody's recommendation and this is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Udaipur. They serve unlimited thali as well as a-la-carte. We got lucky to try their well-known Jain/Rajasthani/Gujrati thali at Rs 250/- per person only. You'll get variety of Curries, Dal, Kadhi, Rice, Khichdi, Dal, Bati, Churma & what not. Every item in that Thali is delightful & you can not have better deal at this price for sure. This is a must-visit restaurant & kudos to the entire staff of Bawarchi for doing such an amazing job.

Not fan of Rajasthani food.. I didn't like thali, but others did.. considering the price nothing to complain.. gulabjam was good

Good food here and service is quick

The delicious food I had after a long time. The place is too good in terms of atmosphere, sitting arrangements, decoration, and for service as well. The food we ordered was for 6 people and the food was served with good quantity and No doubt the taste was delicious. The only thing which is a little thinkable is the price. "THE PLACE IS EXPENSIVE"
