Genuine Feedback Worst experience happened - We were asking them numerous times to send antigen certificate after testing to mail, but whenever we called they say they'll send it now itself, but their is no action from their side. As a service provider, it is your responsibility to do your duties efficiently without any exceptions. Is this the way to run a hospital? When will you solve this problem?

Came here for COVID vaccination. Good service. This is a little hospital located at the heart of Vannapuram town. The parking is a bit tight, so is the road that lead to the hospital. Also google map showed the wrong way to here since the map doesn't have the road to the front yard(Apr 2021). So i have suggested a update but sometimes it takes time. You can easily enter here from the main road. I have included the picture here. Have a nice day visiting here, and get well soon.

Somehow okay, don't expect more than average from here, can look after normal accident and injuries. For serious needs better option will be somewhere else, And they got some good space for parking which is really good.also it's one of the largest hospital around Vannapuram Nurses must do things quickly they were taking half an hour for a small injury (scratch) to dressed up. from my personal opinion the overall rating will be satisfactory

Worst hospital, they want patients, not for treatment for looting. You'll never get proper treatment and advice from there, moreover, there is a lady doctor who want to know about our symptoms and current situation, however she won't give any advice, illness name or prevention ways. In addition, they're not giving invoices to the patients. Think twice before you go there.

Don't come here at night. They will make you wait for no reason. I had bad experience multiple times while coming here for emergencies at night. The only reason I'm coming back here is because it's the only hospital in 20km vicinity which is open at night. It takes 10 mins for the sleeping nurse to come to senses. She will blabber something and will try to delay another 10 mins taking the charts. She will only call the doctor after she finds the patient's chart or take a new one. The sleeping doctor will take another 10 mins to reach the patient and will be in a hurry to go back to sleep. I think this is more than enough time to drive to other better hospitals nearby. So avoid this hospital at night at all costs.

We came here for covid vaccination. They are not capable of holding such drives. No proper administration to organize vaccination drive and people are made to wait for hours and to add to that create confusion in the name of token. And exceptionally rude people Dr. Iean in particular. They are a small hospital and lack experience to hold such drives, so if you are coming for vaccination chose somewhere else. Dr. Iean himself said, go somewhere else.

I went there to take my second dose covid vaccine. Service is good. Good behavior nurses and reception staff.

The casualty faculties are nuts, they tried to stitch my mom's leg without fixing the broken nerves, years ago. But, right now Dr. Sachu is good at treatment.
