Horrible experience. I had booked the jewelry 2 months in advance and I was told that all the modifications would be ready by the wedding day. My sister went to check the modifications and they were not complete 1 day before the wedding. On the D day , my family had to arrange for another jewelry. When we went to get back the security deposit, the owner never once cared to listen to us and the spokesperson who had guaranteed to make the changes earlier, was only interested in arguing. We even had the picture of what we had ordered, which was not matching with the end results. But the man had the audacity to argue and not care that he did not deliver what was guaranteed by himself. "And it was not just a human error!"
