A good hotel at a very suitable location in a popular part of town. Well appointed with ample parking. Rooms can be improved on. Food is great, a treat for vegetarians. Good value for money.
We visited this property last in June, 2022. We choose this location because it was just few minutes away from Dal lake. The hotel provide us their best room, huge and neat and clean. It has beautiful wooden roof may be because of winters. There is local food outlet outside the hotel, but not much choices. For Dal lake you can hire auto. The restaurant has pool table available in recreation room. Breakfast has fewer option and sitting space is little small. Overall it was comfortable stay.
Awesome room with pure veg and Jain food, special thanks to Shadab for awesome dining service. Location is very good both airport and dal lake are nearby.
Best Hotel in town with best vegetarian breakfast and on spot location..staffs are cooperative ,experienced ,professionals and helpful,food was delicious dal lake is on walking distance also visible from some of it's rooms.Hotel has all the required amenities for a comfortable stay in Srinagar.
We came here for a quick lunch and the staff were very keen on selling us the buffet option. We ordered alacarte and our order took eons to arrive. Although the food was tasty, it was delivered to our table after a long wait. Wait staff are somewhat arrogant and have a take it or leave it attitude. They were conversing amongst themselves more than attending to the guests . Good food let down by poor service staff behaviour

This was my favourite place but restaurant has been a deal breaker from sometime. Service is too slow, glasses aren't clean properly. Something has changed here, may be something to do with management etc.
Their food look like boring vege foods..but really taste good and soft to stomach digestion. Love it. Specially tomato paneer and tomato soup.
