airport that has no interests in it's customers or any sort of service. Not enough immigration staff, the queues were so long and no one cared. The airport staff guy helping customer baggage through the customs x-ray machine hinted at wanting to be paid, even though he was doing an airport job which he was paid be do. Went to the prepaid taxi service who refused to go the destination in Andheri West which I wanted to go, due to some road closure. One of the most stressful experience I have gone through. Surprised that with all international travelling, one of the abysmal airport experiences I have had. I wish there was a zero rating which is what this airport deserves.
Not that good services at the airport. AC not working and single vendor for eatables. But this is just the beginning for the bathinda airport...hope it will have a great infrastructure and amenities in near future.
Small airport located in outskirts of Bhatinda. Bus facility available to drop you in local market bus stand etc. Waiting area available, clean washrooms, limited facilities since it's a small airport with 2-3 flights a day. One flight to and from Delhi
This airport is approx 25 km from Bhatinda city. No taxi or bus services are available here. So please plan accordingly by arranging it at your own. There is only 3 flights in a week presently on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays. The place needs improvement from management side. The runway used is of Air Force.
Small airport for new Delhi and jammu flights. Only problem is very less weight allowed on flight i.e. only 15 kg for check-in bag and 5 kg for hand bag only. Security of airport by Punjab police. No shops etc available nearby. Drinking water, bathrooms and proper seating available for passengers if flight got delayed.
Very few flights to New Delhi. Now a days, that's also not available

Very poor infrastructure.. No initiative on part of Airport Manager to make the passengers comfortable. There is a water dispensary but no disposal glasses. On being asked, same was provided after a gap of 90min. Even Air India does not give right information about delay in arrival or departure. On top of that, there is no basic amenities in terms of any cafeteria where one can get a cup of tea, coffee or a packet of chips.
