It's a well decorated place for photoshoot and kanchanjanga view as well as to see the toy train going through the place in loop. To get the best view of this place you need a drone view but this also works. You'll get few shops inside as well. The place has tickets and we are not aware of the parking space as our driver took care of it.
Batasia Eco garden or batasia loop one of the most beautiful place in Darjeeling. What! a natural beauty. The view from this place is just awesome. Kanchejuna can be seen from here. This place is very and well maintained. The Gorkha war memorial also here. My suggestion is don't miss place if you visit Darjeeling
The very familiar loop where the Darjeeling Trains are taking the longest stoppages. Beautiful place , if the weather allows you can see Kanchenjenga from here in naked eyes. Please do not forget there is a war memorial , therefore show respect to martyrs because of them we are enjoying the place in safety and peace.

This is a Goorkha war memorial, located at Darjeeling District of West Bengal State. A well crafted statue of a mourning Indian Goorkha soldier in front of a war memorial, situated here, surrounded by very beautiful gardens and Darjeeling Himalayan Spiral Railway Line (for this it's called "Batasia Loop"). A fantastic view of Kanchanjangaa can be seen by this place, if the weather is clear.
Good place to see Kanchanjangha in the morning. There is many good view and background to take pictures and dresses available there. Could use binoculars charge 50/- to check see closer view of Kanchanjangha in he morning. Sunrise is very famous there. There is also Tiger hill nearby only, I will advice you to leave your location at 2:30AM if you want to reach to tiger hill to see perfect sunrise.
