They do not have any alternative size. If you ask for any specific size ,you have to place order by paying full amount before hand.they will get you the item in 5hrs. No good collection as well. The sales guys are not experienced and rude. The cashier is also rude. Didn't like the behaviour.
Pathetically rude staff. We were here for a quick shopping for a wedding. In the ladies section upstairs were 2 staffs deployed ( 1 Male and 1 female). The sales girl and boy were extremely rude and impolite. The experience from start was unpleasant which i brushed it off. Its only when I heard them exchange some comments about my friend that I decided to summon them .And very politely asked them what's their name. The girl flipped and asked me back why I wanted to know her name and spoke back a lot more in utter rudeness. I couldn't even understand her rudeness as I was in shock. I complained to the store manager and stormed out.Also to my dismay as I complained, another person added as well that they found the staff upstairs extremely rude. This particular store in Yelahanka new town (Opposite show off) has couple of young and extremely boisterous staff who have no sense of serving their customers and no sense of sane behaviour. Bata stores, if you intend to serve your customers with a good shopping experience so much so that they want to visit your stores again, you need to strictly look into the staff you hire. They are a total let down to your brand.
The ACs were not functional on first floor in ladies section and only one was functioning on ground floor. My shopping experience here was the last thing I would like to ever recall.
Good variety to choose from. The salesman and saleswoman was very cooperative to bring in various sizes to suit the needs. Accepted HDFCBANK Gift voucher without any fuss. Will visit again to buy next pair for the family.
