Products are excellent. Price are decent. Sales person are not good in this outlet. They don't hear you at once. If you call them regarding size change for shoes they hesitate to show your proper size. Sales person don't show you the proper stocks and idea about the stock. Searching for shoes are difficult in Sambalpur. Batter to go Jharsuguda Shreethers or bata (personal choice).
Sometimes you may find a pair of good shoes,but that is very rare. The bata stores in other parts of the state are really good but this one sucks. The collection is never renewed. You can literally see the same footwear for over 8-9 months or even more!
The store location is not suitable. Lighting is poor. No fresh stock. Above all the response of the salesman are not cordial. My experience with Bata store at Sambalpur is not satisfactory for me. It is my feeling and view with a hope that the store will improve its dealings and may not be construed as a negetive feed back.

Name BATA says it's old and famous which brings product in a budget friendly price tag . But I think they should up there game. We need more variety of product in low budget as well as in high price. I found product are repetitive in Design and it's feel price for old design and my fee Bata products didn't goes long which I didn't excepted.
Worst customer service ever. Not a single sales-person to show the footwears. Unhygienic environment with an unprofessional store manager. Though the quality of Bata products are good, but I would never suggest to visit this store. Reliance Footprint is a much better alternative.
