Worst experience of my life in footwear purchase! Brought 4000 Rupees worth 3 pairs of footwear for me and my kids. One of the footwear was 1499 rupees for myself they looked nice, actually they are nice. Used them for a day and later found size was not suitable so took them for exchange with 9 No size. But at the showroom I came to know they are damaged and the salesman rejected them to replace them, since I washed them and the sole is damaged. Now the question is how a sole of 1499 rupees worth footwear is damaged in 4 days? If such low quality product why can't he exchange? If the footwear quality is as such it will damage in 4 days then how they kept for such huge price? Is it scam!? For that salesman smiled and refused to exchange and was told to come after 4 days. I told the salesman that I will keep these pairs for any other person in need and not only after 4 days but will never in my life visit the BATA Showroom! And I will advise others too not to!

Worst experience.. Staff not even bother to ask wat you want as if your invisible . I asked them to show bigger size they said 2 min after waiting for 15 min I picked up shoes and gone to billing counter to ask for bigger size but still no response i felt like i am invisible person no reaction from staff worst service

One of the best Bata showrooms in Ponda. It has variety of foot war: sandals, formal shoes, sports shoes, rain ware for kids, women and men. One can also buy socks here. A variety of waist belts for men and women are also available here. The staff is very humble and helpful

Sales consultant was unprofessional and unhelpful and was more interested in browsing on her mobile phone.

My son bought a cheppal and he was supposed to get 15 per cent discount as he is a member of Bata scheme. The shop incharge refused on some flimsy ground. Even otherwise there are other brands which are better quality than Bata products.

Good service and better choices

The Name is enough. Fantastic store with lovely pleasant atmosphere. Genuine footwear with positive choice is sure. Limited choice but difficult to come out without buying a footwear of choice. Staff is smart and supportive. Very quick in service skills having good knowledge of the products. Shop is easily accessible and decent. A complete family store for shopping a footwear safety. Do visit and feel the Bata and be happy. Keep Goa Clean and Green.
