Bata store - Shoe store in Mumbai, Thane - Mumbai Suburban, India

The store is fine, with limited stock. Even the sales person who helped me was ok, although after a point of time he looked bored. The problem is with the owner or the person who sits at the register. Everytime I asked for another pair of slippers he kept making faces, as though people buy the first shoe they pick. The showroom clearly lacks customer care service, he comes across as quite arrogant. and if you see that persons face you feel so put off, I left without purchasing anything.

This is not a Bata store. Actually this is local shoe shop and they sale all kind of shoes.

The store has a good range of Footwear catering to all age groups and genders. It's good to see BATA breaking its mold of drab designs and getting better at having more aesthetic shoes. While it's shoes are comfortable, I am looking for good black formal shoes. To achieve anesthetics , comfort and ergonomic benefits and quality craftsmanship is a tall order. I will rate BATA shoes 3 out of 5. The Hush Puppies range is excellent. I got a house slipper this time...very comfortable and good. Overall a reliable place to visit.

Overall a reliable place to visit.Bought a pair of sandals, velcro of which got spoil after regular use of about 1 month. Wen into the store for refund/replacement, but was informed they will only repair. Went back after a few days & found some local mochi bringing the repaired product, not even sent to Bata for repair. Also repair was done only for 1 sandal whereas problem was with both pairs. When I raised this concern, Was told to come back the nex day & it would be done. I got busy so did not go back the next day, however no call from the store to inform whether ready. Went afte 5-6 days to be informed that they cannot repair & that I have to buy anything else of the same value from the store. I asked for a refund since it was mfg defect but was refused as not in Bata policy. They offered credit not which also came with a validity of 60 days, but even this they were unable to issue. Final solution from them was they provided me with another pair of same value sandal & told me to get it exchanged at any other Bata store. Not expected froma global brand & one of the most trusted ones in India, seem Bata quality is becoming poor & customer service even poorer with no feasible resolution

The Bata Store, opp IIT, Bombay at Powai, is not small and typically has new Bata products available.

This reviews is specially for our powai friends as we think it's nr to our place. Kindly don't visit this shop they don't hve varities not interested to show the products char chappal nd joote rakhkar tym waste karte hai. They provide credit note and ask us to visit nearby bata showroom. Totally waste of tym. Better we directly go to nr by store instead taking credit note from them. U can check other reviews if u think it's . Better u people close the shop aur ghar bheito logo ka tym mat waste karo. Take tym and visit R city mall Ghatkopar.. Customer service is fabulous.. Mr. Mahendran is very good handling customer. Other person were also good. I ll give 5 star to them. Lot of varities if not they provide online service also.

Lovely store! It has all kinds of shoes, chappals, flip flops, that too of a great quality, since it's Bata. The price is also reasonable. At times, there are season end sales, which will get you great deals on footwear. The sales person is also very sweet.
