Their services were excellent...! I enquired over phone for two products while I was approaching kanchrapara... Within 15 minutes they confirmed that the products are ready at the cash counter... I buy two products from bata kanchrapara yesterday 07/10/2023 but the invoice was not get anymore. How can I get the invoice? But behaviour of the staffs was so good.

I had purchased shoes from Bata Kachrapara on 21.09.2022. Store manager told us that if the invoice amount is more than 5000Rs then Bata will provide a leather bag. To take this offer, I definitely purchased items accordingly but he said that the stock of bag was not available at that time but it will be available after durga puja. No phone call yet received for this bag. Hope this offer was genuine.
