Bata - Shoe store in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

I'm giving a 5 since they have all I need. The reason I went to this shop was to get the original Bata shoe lace and polish for my Bata formal shoe. They have very few varieties but still you will get what you need (formal shoes and casuals). Note: NO PARKING FACILITY So, I request all those who read this review to use your bike or go by walk. You won't be able to stop your car anywhere. And, you won't find this place easily as you think. All you will see will be a jewellery shop when you go searching for the bata shop (You can check this in my photos). CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SERVICE!!!!

Well maintained shop and strictly following covid 19 protocall. Staff is well supported to select the desired product. Card transaction available and Sunday working till 8.00 pm. Rates for the product little bit high compared to other sellers. Brand showing its quality also. Over all good experience.

Very disrespectful experience...I bought a shoe for rs 1999 and they told us that a gift voucher of rs 500 is free ,but I don't know whether any internal dispute among the staffs in that shop .one of the staffs was really a very good man who provide good customer service,but the rest of the staffs behaviour was awful.they made a conspiracy regarding this discount offer and forcefully took the bill from my hand with out asking my consent.and they pop out a comment about me that I'm not eligible for the discount and I got it bcz iam a woman.actually the eligibility for 500 rs voucher is the purchase of rs 1999 and above. my shoe costs exactly 1999.then how come they made this disrespectful jok about a women blaming on her gender.this should not be done again.
