Not feeling happy , company is convert the outlet from retail to online sites supply port, Wherever a reliable brand to make a another spot for online orders supply like Flipkart and Amazon. All orders of Flipkart, Amazon and any other are pack here , and the store is very scattered. Not happy but I purchased a slipper of rs .1199 and the manager said to charge for carry bag , That's not good for brand store

Bata is still bata ,I got 499 sandal which for damaged within 2 month and I have to return it as warranty period is 3 month but I got one in exchange and the exchanged one quality is also not fine
