BATA Exclusive Showroom - Shoe store in Manjeri - Malappuram, India

There was nothing exclusive. Very bad customer service and not an exclusive showroom. Poor collection. The one we choose ( leather men shoes) was a bit damaged and we asked for replacement,they said there is no stock, can give the damaged one in discount. We look forward to bata showroom as classic and trustworthy..but this place is vey very bad.

Good collection but some models are not there...and colour options are very less

Lack of new products. Could also be due to covid scenario. But the outlet needs a total change over.

Very poor outlet. Better to Shop from somewhere else.

Liked it But , no A/C for this brand showroom. I feel hot in it than outside.....
