The Sale person guided us very well. We went for school shoes purchase. He assisted calmly and quickly. We used to purchase from bata regularly. So that we got special discounts from the points we previously purchased. Ladies sandals are high quality with better price. Designs are elegant. Formal shoes are cheap with best quality for gents. This shop's service is better than other districts I visited so far.
Good collection and display, being one of the flagship outlets in Trichy for Bata. Ready to sell things saying you can order your size online if you like it. One way i see it's a good service but on a flip side, when a customer comes to buy for his present need, the salespeople push for online buying. Customer service needs to improve. Those guys get tired after 4-5 questions or enquiries. Billing again was slow. Highly robotic answers and efforts shown by the sales team. Hopefully in the future, they improve in this department.
Bought a pair of sandals a month back and was saving it for an occasion. Though I stored them properly, Was shocked to see that the linings turned brittle and the layers are loosened. Obviously, very old stock
