Due to the restricted space the Collections are less.. ! Mostly 9&10 size are not available., (no stock). Parking on Road Side Only Customer service is Ok.. !?

All the shoe models, socks, heel pad, bags, wallets, belt were of amazing quality, value for money. Usually i bought SKECHERS now I'm a bata fan.

Had a good time in choosing what would really suit me... The young people as staff are really doing well with respect and patience.

Collections are decent. Bought shoe for walking purpose staffs assisted well to choose right shoe.

I visited the Bata showroom and was disappointed with the collection of footwear available. The styles were very old and outdated. Additionally, I found the staff to be not very attentive, which made my shopping experience unpleasant. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at the Bata showroom and would not recommend it to others who are looking for more trendy and up-to-date footwear.

Lot of product is not selling all are stocks.. even not educated (about product)staff try other shop

I had purchased sandals from here which were not looking great for its price (800/- Rs) but I thought it will have good quality. In less than 2-3 days straps sticky stuff got removed because of poor stitching. I had travelled again all the way from NIT Trichy to chatram and they have taken back and asked me again come after 2-3 days. So again I travelled back to get them. It was stitched ok. At least I thought now it will be good but no within a month it's straps got removed from the bottom. My couple of friends got same design but it was ok for them. It's result of very poor quality control. I will never buy any BATA products in my life and will ask my friends also not to buy.
