Value for money stay. Host is quite helpful. Property is clean and has basic amenities. This is couple of minutes away from the beach but there is a steep gradient so may not be suitable for seniors. Breakfast is served quite late in the day. Lot's of restaurants nearby. Open air parking but quite safe. Jio works from the rooms. Google navigation doesn't show the place properly so ask around.
Awesome servicing and ambience place for tourists..very close to beach. Would appreciate if had AC conditioner in all your rooms.
Nice and budget place to stay in Varkala beach. AC rooms are on the 2nd floor. There is nice balcony with sea view. Owner every morning serve great breakfast on your balcony. Few restaurants are just on the beach in 2 min by walk from this hotel. A lot of restaurant are on the cliff.
This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in my life...untidy rooms ,no proper beds, bed bugs .there is no such thing as complimentary breakfast. It depends the type of person you are!! The care taker is a racist and a mannerless person who peeps through the window in the night. Please avoid if you don't want to ruin Ur vacation as it happened for us.

The owner is racist . He only prefers European guests. Only europeN guests are served breakfast. Indian guests are asked to go have it outside. We were feeling like outsiders in India. He gave us the room and every 1 he use to come and check the room. He feels all Indians are thieves . He spoilt our whole holiday experice . The owner is very very rude. INDIANS PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE
