I recently visited to the Doaba hospital in Phagwara. As per my experience, i am sharing this thing publicly. Honestly, the Doctor is very experienced and well behaved but the two girls on reception behave so rudely with the people who came for checkup on appointments. Moreover, we have to sit and wait for 4-5 hours to meet doctor. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone who need urgent medical care as they are so bad at attending the patient even one have to stand in long queues. On the other hand, i strictly suggest the hospital to change those two receptionist or to teach them to talk in a sophisticated manner rather than sitting and acting like illiterates. Additionally, staff plays major role in the hospital and the staff of this hospital is the big disadvantage for the hospital itself. Due to the receptionist's misbehave i am rating it on very low scale.
Lastly, i would say think before while visiting to the hospital.

When you go there, there's two wheeler parking but no car parking. Also there is banner on which they have written that there's no responsibility of your vehicle even though there is cctv cameras
About the infrastructure, there are lots of seats and room. Rooms are neat but washrooms aren't.
According to patient, the doctors are very polite.
Taking charges for silly small things also such as for giving injections only . Staff management is not good they are very rude.
Staff behave so rude with me and my friends specially receptionist and their security guard..bcz we r university students that's why ??? I'm not going to recommend this hospital to anyone ever..
Female staff is so mis behaving that you being a man in need who is attendant with a patient and u r in need you CANNOT share a good conversation if you are facing any problem within the hospital regarding the patient. These girls directly avoid and ignore your patient even when they are supposed to work and take care of the patient. I hate this that normal public can be accused of misconduct and misbehaving with the staff and the doctor but the patient or his attendant has got no legal space or forum to file complaint
its a good hospital u can trust i had a great experience there it saved my life.

There is no discrimination against the people of different bodies, infact people tend to help one another dispite not knowing each other. The equipments are really clean and easy to use. The trainers are also very helpful and provide nice motivation.
