Not staffed adequately . Pathetic client service. You buy a full bar costing 1000 but they refuse to give a rs 2 plate and expect to eat by hand

Must stop shop for exotic ice cream fans
This outlet is cheating customers and sending half filled ice-cream tubs on home delivery. The staff argue with customers when you contact them with your feedback on half empty containers being sent. Best to avoid the outlet. Zero value for money and cheating customers.
Good variety of ice cream flavours, and decent pricing. However, the space inside is too less.
Very bad experience with people at this store. They sell ice cream by volume and then they weigh half of it and say that this is the nature. They can publish rates in gms why do they measure in litre? I have ordered 10 litres ice cream and have received half on it. One should go for local ice cream vendors instead of Baskin Robbins.
It's a small little BR outlet in Chandivali but the only ice cream parlor in the area. That sort of makes it quite popular for the local residents. The store is weel stocked with all the varieties that BR offers. They also have a tiny seating arrangement if you wish to eat in the store itself. They're open till quite late in the night.
