We always visit this Baskin Robbins store in Powai as this is the only one open till 1 AM in the night. There is not a lot in life that Lotus Biscoff wrapped in a chocolate tipped waffle cone can't fix.
A newly renovated version of Baskin & Robbins - Powai looks fresh and fabulous.
The employees at the store are quite friendly and helpful during rush hours.
I strongly feel this outlet needs more Man-power as at times a team of only two are trying to serve all the consumers.

Baskin Robbins serves variety of icecreams depending on the seasons. I tried Red velvet, Mississippi Mud chocolate, Candy Flos, royal chocolate mousse & blueberry cheesecake. In chocolate flavoured royal mousse was better and in non chocolate red velvet and blueberry cheesecake were equally good. Candy flos tasted like a bubblegum but different and unique taste.
It's a small icecream parlour at Nahar's Amrit Shakti since years which is well maintained and designed. It has few seats to sit but not enough to accommodate big groups but there's a pretty good space right outside the store.
There's a wide variety of flavours like every Baskin Robbins outlet and they all are delicious in taste. The quality is amazing and this place also has icecream cakes which is difficult to find at other icecream shops.

Music is stupid Bollywood item songs which does not match the store environment at all. Also, the staff isn't friendly and have much knowledge to recommend anything.
I just love the Mississippi mud.. i feel that's the best ice cream available in baskin robbins.. tho the other ice creams are at par.. the Belgium chocolate is also a good one to try..
