The customer service was okay during my visit, the prices were high. One shake costs Rs180 alone and the lowest is Rs80. Although the different ice cream flavours were displayed, none was available for order due to some reason and the shake was the only one available. The shake which was already expensive was extremely sweet, too much to the point I wondered how much fat you'll get from drinking one alone. The place was clean and was neither too hot nor too cold.
Although the only ice cream i mostly eat is mint choco ice cream. I've tried a bunch and it didnt disappoint me. BR ice creams are always my first choice of ice cream. Parking available next to the shop and the employee/ owners provide great customer service.
Space is a little small but it works for quick snacking and ice cream breaks. Cute and simple.

Hospitality was so unwelcoming. Staff didn't even care about attending our queries about the varieties. Initially we thought, it might be some cultural difference. But staff was so happy to customers who were locale. Clearly disappointed about the differential treatment.... It may invite bad reputation to local hospitality and tourism.
