I had a lovely experience here. Personally, I love Baskin Robbins Ice Cream. The quality is good and prices are according to company norms. The store had a boy who was courteous and polite (.5 extra for the person). Coming to taste, I tried 'fresh very berry strawberry' with a vanilla waffle cone and it was 4/5.

Delicious ice cream. Friendly service. The Lotus biscoof with chocolate waffle was interesting, a nice biscuit flavour. Great consistency. You can also sample. Grab some ice cream and walk along the beach
The taste of sudae mount Everest was so bad and also did not justify it's cost(according to cost it didn't serve the taste). I tasted it in different places the taste was so good but in puri the taste was so bad
The staff is really nice here. The Best part is they keep fresh stock of the ice creams. Also the location of the shop is very strategic. If you are really looking for authentic ice cream in Puri, then Baskin Robbins is a recommended place
