This is a bit of a congested place to have ice cream. When we entered the parlour felt a termite smell. Ordered milk shakes and my family loved the containers. Ice creams are also good to take away.

Visited BR Vanasthalipuram. It's a very small place with very low seating capacity. Good for take away. Consistent taste. But some items in the menu are not available. Tried their Black current and Chocolate Almond.
The management took a good step by opening an outlet at Vanasthalipuram. The ambiance is good and the seating is cool but small. A group of 10 would perfectly fit in there. Coming to the taste, I have tried SPLISH SPLASH and BROWNIE A LA MODE. The brownie was good and the splish splash is okay with an interesting taste. The shakes are also good. CHOCOLATE CHILLER, CHEEKY COFFEE AND HONEY CRACKLE are good, but can be better.
Very disappointed I ordered Mississippi mud shake ,mud cake quantity is so less and there is no icecream topping or any chocolate sauce it was overcharged for what they served
Owner of this store was scolding at employees of that store to clean the store.. When customers present inside the store how can they clean... Not a good place to visit..
Always pay before u order!! First, they say due to server issue, they can't give discount (Valentine's offer) as shown in site. Next, they say they'll accept card; but at the last moment, they say machine is not working. So, any card offers also don't work. So, u end up paying full amount with no OFFERS!
