The best place you can visit to spend time with your loved ones... the flavours are catchy. If u visit it once you would want to come over again and again. Such a lovely place i loved the service... ambience and the taste too... what else do you need? Only one thing if you are budget oriented you can have a look at their menu and order. Best place ever its taste and quality are better comparitive to ibaco in our place
Worst experience.. not happy at all... compare to this shop ibaco is far better than this... while ordering staffs didn't respond properly and they were playing like kids in front of customers.. and prices also too high... before going think twice and enter inside...
All international brand now in Tirunelveli. One of which is Baskin Robbins has it own taste. And the place is good and in main location easy for residence and travelers to visit.
The worst experience I ever had...the magic bubble is the worst one I ever tasted..black currant ice cream is too sugary there's no flavor in it..and also ambience of the shop is not good and not spacious too...but the staff is friendly... The price is little bit high
Tip : If you visit them on 31st of a month and your total bill is above 500, you can get 31% discount. Shop : Not much spacious, less seating area.Only 2 tables. The shop looks good. They have waffles, icecreams, milkshakes and much more varieties in it. We tried cotton candy and shooting star flavour. The taste is awesome. I'll recommend getting the cotton candy one. Depending on the flavour the price varies for small and regular scoops. Don't forget your toppings. They shop workers both were friendly and helped us in choosing the best flavour. Good experience overall.
Baskin Robbins is the best place to buy ice cream. They have a variety of flavors. And most importantly the service I received by the executive at this store was excellent. The store executives were considerate and polite. I hope to visit this outlet again soon. Thank you.
Very good way of doing business.!! They put one price on the menu and then almost double in the bill. Today we ordered one choco lava cake sundae(190rs as per menu). The person there asked me the flavour of icecream and toppings that I would like. I told him (unaware that there's a price for each thing-as it was not mentioned on menu displayed on screen nor did the guy said before making the ice-cream) then bill came to 325rs, when we asked after that, he cares to explain that each topping had a separate cost added to that of the ice-cream and lava cake. You guys should try putting the actual price on the menu instead of putting low prices to attract people like us who want affordable desserts or atleast mention that icecream and toppings charges are separate. It was a very bad experience for me and I regret eating ice-cream there, though the taste was ok ok; the entire day I was feeling bad that we got fooled.
