We had ordered a cake via Zomato. The cake was ordered on 24.10.2023. It was dated 24.09.2023 and expiry was 07.10.2023. We were sent the ice cream cake which was expired 2 weeks ago already. Bad experience. I had visited the store earlier in the year, did not have such a bad experience. The place is not well kept and had a lot of flies. But this time had a terrible experience.
The ice cream as usual was good. The shop was nice, clean and cozy.
The test of the icecreams was good but the price is little high than the quality. Good ambiance.
Had Lotus Biscoff, Fruit Overload and Alphonso Mango. All 3 flavours were great. Baskin Robbins has always been a brand whose products are priced on the higher side but quality wise, it's one of the best without any doubt
Ice creams are as usual. They are among the best in business. The concern is regarding the space of the outlet. It is just a counter and not a parlour. Just a small sofa to accommodate 2 persons and hardly any space to stand after that. Even the employees looked cramped up for space. Hopefully they can manage a bigger place in future.
I just love baskin Robbin's ice cream. They are little bit expensive but worth eating.
Lots of options are there to choose from. The Cotton candy ice cream and the chocolate mudpie were the best.

The best and 100% made with milk kulfi brand in Kolkata. The Bombay kulfi tastes great and must try. They have an affordable range starting from Rs 60 and goes upto Rs 85. The nearest metro station is Netaji Bhaban. The staffs are very supportive.
