Great place and ambience! Food and dessert is decent. The coffee and hot chocolate is amazing Perfect place to catch up with your bunch of friends and have long conversations without being disturbed too much. Like both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Might feel that it is a little over priced, but which cafe in Chennai isn't?
The space was amazing, great for large groups as well. Amazing speed of food from the time you order. Think might be a little understaffed on the service side. Great ambience and vibe. Good coffee and good food, tried the recommendations by the sever liked the recommendations, their Hummus platter was really nice.
Most of what we ordered was good. The pesto pizza was simply awesome. However the lotus stem was a disaster! It wasn't cooked fully and tasted like non veg Maybe the same oil? So vegetarians beware! I have been to Bask by coffee too many times. The thing that attracts me to this cafe is the experience. The ambience(Seating outside and inside) is blissful, vibrant and buzzing. The continental food they serve here is beyond extra ordinary. All of their pizza's are a must try, very authentic, light and done to perfection. Their legendery biscoff shake is their trademark, tastes like heaven. Their pasta's too are something to rave about. Lotus stem is another good food here. The expeirence with the food, dining and the atmosphere in this cafe is excellent. I am located at pallavaram and i come down to teynampet just for this place despite all the traffic and congestion that should say something about this place. Very special, but always full and crowded.

Just another overrated cafe in Chennai!!! Went on a Sunday afternoon!!! The seats were randomly placed to just fit in... the place has an outdoor patio set up as well as indoor!!! The Order took too long to arrive and they brought it over one by one which was another mistake!!! The spaghetti and the sandwich were all very ordinary in taste and the chocolate cake was dry but seemed a bit expensive for the quality and quantity provided!!! Due to the crowd that flows in food is pushed out without much care to it... even the French fries weren't hot and were soggy!!! Was definitely disappointed with the overall outcome
Talking about this place, the ambience is soo good and soothing. Loved how it made me feel. Outdoor seating is also available. People who work there were friendly. Loved the service. Didn't like food very much. Sea food there is a very big no for me. Ordered prawn and it was so smelly and hard. Dint like the texture of the fish.Had to return that back. Bao was good and The stuffing was great. Grilled chicken with potato was decent. Overall a place with attractive ambience with an average food. :) you could really bask in that ambience
Packed up even on a weekday. Outdoor and indoor seating is available and the place looks beautiful. The food is amazing and the quantity is very much sufficient. Their Spaghetti was amazing and it's a must try. Do visit with your frnds to enjoy their amazing food.
