Basil suites - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Hi, I Stayed on a business trip in Basil Suites. The stay was good. Overall, the place served its purpose and specially Mrs. Savita Prakash the owner of the property was too helpful. Whatever was the issue the person always available for help. On a positive note, the room was Pleasant n clean with new Blankets, the washroom wr neatly maintained. No disturbance at all Good n safe for a Couple, overall experience is good and value for money. I will definitely recommend this to anyone for a short week trip or long Stay. Thanks to Savita Prakash again for all the help. Will visit again.

As Bhavesh has stated good for the people who want to come to the academy, but challenges are there,sorry to say but ,my experience has been devastating since the first day, the owner Mrs. Savita is very rude, threatening, even after paying a handsome amount according to her conditions, she is not approachable. My friends had warned me, so i had not booked it earlier, but conditions made me take her apartment. She must b a good at heart but her language her tone is to to harsh. whoever wants to book her apartment should only talk by money with her,she only knows that language. No PR she has learnt. Thers are very less vessels, the mixer does not have small jars, then too with no complaints i stayed, Just because i was leaving 2 days in advance , she started threatening me to empty the house the day itself.

Having just stayed at Basil suites , I can vouch for the fact , that it is definitely "A Home Away From Home!!!". The host , Mrs Savita is extremely attentive , even to minor details. In case of an emergency, even at night , she will immediately try her level best to sort the issue and make sure you are comfortable. The place is spacious, clean ( thanks to Nagamma, ), thoughtfully furnished, safe( good security). Mrs. Savita is really doing an excellent job and her passion shows in the way she goes out of her way to make the guests comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place . Keep up the good work!!!

Awesome rooms we enjoyed lot. We book 2 rooms for one day. But they given flat type that's the best thing for us.very clean rooms with many facilities. Food is perfect.good place at near airport.service is very good one day is not enough for us. I wanna try one more visit to that place.

Well equipped place....with homely amenities......it's really a home away from home...had come here for my daughter's badminton matches@PDCSE ..had a wonderful stay at this place......the owner(savitha mam)is very kind hearted,helping,with great hospitality!!!!will surely recommend everyone!!!!

This place doesn't have this hotel. They are looting people with false information, no one book at this hotel. I lost 1.5k in MakeMyTrip, and when reached to the location there is literally nothing..

The apartment is well located and well maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene is taken good care of. It is surely a value for money.
