"I recently purchased a shirt from [Basics Brand], and I have to say, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. The shirt looked promising in the store, but after just a couple of washes, it started fading and losing its shape. The fabric feels cheap, and the stitching is subpar. I expected better from a brand that claims to offer 'basics.' I won't be buying from them again."

Honestly... Very bad service I had faced and a bad product too.
I had bought a shirt worth 2300 INR after the first wash the colour of the shirt had faded away about 60%. I had complained about this directly at the store and we had a bad experience and very vulgar conversation had been faced.
The colour of the product is faded after very few gentle wash. Basics products are non trustable
I had bought a shirt and a jean too. Surprisingly those products got faded after few wash. I had lost 6000 rupees and the customer service is very unsatisfactory. Please ignore this store.
