Basera Guest House - Hotel in Saharanpur - Saharanpur, India

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal Plaza Kolkata, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel's stunning architecture and attention to details One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's incredible dining options. I had the chance to try a variety of dishes from both the Indian and international menus, and every single one was absolutely delicious. The restaurants themselves were also stunning, with elegant decor and impeccable service. It was our first experience with Grand Holidays and I would say the team did a great job to make it enjoyable. Thank you team for all your support.

Room space is good but you will find dirty bedsheets and also containing stain on them,if you don't trust me ,take a room and feel it. The staff only speak good but service are poor ,if you say them to change bedsheets they will say you ,we only have dirty and stain bedsheets, and I forget about towel which is soo dirty. The good review are given by people in the pressure of staff. And if you complain about bedsheets to owner ,he simply will reply to leave the room and go to other place,which is highly unprofessional. Reply to basera guest house-let the people come ,see them the actual condition. Your room space is good but ,people rent the room for night stay and for peacefull sleep,and stainfull bedsheets definitely will not helpful for peaceful sleep. I hope you will correct your bedsheets ,this will help you becoming no 1 hotel in Saharanpur.

I think location at good place it is near to railway station and apart from that service was very good.. And here on reception there is peroson named Sandeep.. he is ver nice talking and very good at service and quick. I will visit again when I will come in saharanpur.

Basera guest house is a very good place to stay while traveling to the city. My father stayed there for a few days and loved the cleanliness of the place. One of the representative Mr. Arpit was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a visit to saharanpur city.

Loved the experience totally. Rooms were very clean . All electronics were working . Staff was friendly homely . It just there are stairs to reach the rooms so old age can have little problem and they have tiffin service , so food you have to order from outside if you don't wish to have the tiffin but it is at a prime location, so buying packaged food or small items of use is not an issue , they even get that to you in room . Overall I am happy with my stay . Thankyou to the staff and the owner . And yes I stayed alone so girl safety is also not an issue , felt totally safe.
