A Disappointing Experience at Flat 1308 My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at Flat 1308 for five months, and we had high hopes for our first rented home after our marriage. However, our overall experience was marred by a distressing encounter with the flat owner on our last day. Initially, our communication with the owner had been smooth. We had explained to him over the phone that due to a minor accident, we were relocating to Mumbai and would be vacating the flat earlier than expected. We had an understanding that he would not deduct a month's rent as per the Six-month lock-in agreement. Unfortunately, our impression of the owner changed drastically on our last day. The owner's behavior on that day was completely unexpected and disappointing. He was rude and disrespectful towards us, which left us feeling distressed and hurt. This incident took away from what was supposed to be a memorable and cherished experience in our first rented home as a newly married couple. Emotions are closely tied to the places we call home, and the negative experience with the flat owner has left a lasting impact on our memories associated with Flat 1308. It's disheartening to think that such an unpleasant encounter can overshadow the memories of our first home together. In conclusion, we cannot recommend renting Flat 1308 due to the unfortunate experience we had with the owner on our last day. It's important to have a positive and respectful landlord-tenant relationship to truly enjoy your living experience, and unfortunately, this was not the case for us. We hope that future tenants have a better experience and find a more considerate and understanding landlord PS: owner has 2 flats 1307 and 1308, so please beware This is how we left the flat
I have purchased flat in Basera Eternity. The overall construction is of good quality. Builder Mr.Agarwal has personally given all attention to the project. Good location, value for money as further development nearby to project would be on a great scale
It is great and quality product (Project). Due to COVID and other reason it got late but got great product. Quality and branded material is used like POLYCAB wiring, LNT switches, ESSCO tap fitting, cement, paint, POP. Overall satisfactory product. Most important is prime location, just behind Wipro phase 1.
Yes, as said possession dates are shifted on many occasions. All know how the market responds to real estate projects. Only with bigger baggage's are in verge of completion. He (Mr. Sanjay)is new to this construction field and if personally I don't get any response or any rude responses we can agree that how poor his planning is. But his project team responds to me well and explains me the delay every now and then. Their may be hurdles no doubt but wait for the good day. Thanks.
I don't find it good construction, lack of expertise, kitchen is infront of bedroom , that's the layout i have found online.
We have had the best experience with really smooth paper work and excellent customer support with getting our new home. Also cooperative and supportive staff.
