A small hotel run by a family and the food is very reasonable and tasty and would highly recommend it
This humble joint run by a family of three, where the Father welcomes you at the entrance with a newspaper in his hand wearing the traditional lungi, the son will be running around all over the place. It's a must stop if you are craving some home made uppitu and the Father is always willing to make some fresh poha for you, the kannada style... You get vegetarian thaali in the afternoons as well.. On the way to Goa from Dharwad...
It's a typical Halli mane (village home) type of place. We had very nice upma and bajji. Plus sukha murmura (rice flakes). I would recommend for a quick, clean breakfast stop. No bathroom facilities.
