Basara Hotels' Wisdom Resorts - Hotel in Basar - Nirmal, India

Outside place & greenery is good but worst maintenance of rooms. Full of Mosquitoes & insects are in the room. Rooms are not clean, bed sheets & pillow covers are worst. AC not working in AC rooms. TV also not working. Its distance is more than 1 kilometer from restaurants & temple, no attendant or room service to bring food. No transport facility. Not recommended for families, better go to other hotels near to temple. .

I can say this is the best in the town. The cottages were pretty new and clean. Located halfway between temple and the river(bathing ghat).Service was excellent. They have free pick up and drop from train station. Though they do not have restaurant, they have arranged food on request. Our cottage had AC, TV and UPS. They do not have wi-fi. I will definitely recommend these cottages for families

I had been there for one day on the January 21st 2018 for Akshara Abhyasam of my son. They charged Rs 3000 .00 for one day. Which cost on normal day was Rs. 1700/-. We were allotted the left corner room. I guess the number of the room was 6. On entering the room I discovered the bedsheet is having a whole. When I said them to change that bedsheet was also torn. The switches were not working properly. TV was there but couldn't watch it because it was not having cable connection. The blanket was single one. Which can be found at a cost of Rs100/- at malls in Hyderabad. That too was not changed after the previous guest left as I discovered a long hair is stuck to the fabric of the blanket. Since it was winter I asked them a double blanket or another single blanket but those guys were not having that. In the night mosquito menace was there so I had to ask them mosquito repellent liquid. The geyser was also not working. Its distance is more than 1 kilometer from restaurants, no attendant or room service person to bring food. Also, no transport facility from the resort also. The only plus point of the Wisdom resort is its located on the banks of River Godavari. Overall experience was disgusting. Its cost should be around 500 to 1000. I guess lodges with price of Rs. 500 give better facility than this. My suggestion is If there is no accommodation is available in Basar, then better people should stay at Nizamabad but this resort should not be a choice at all.

This is place where you can stay. This is very close to godawari Ghat. Prices are little bit higher here. You may stay near mandir surrounding for better experience for security and safe feeling.

It is located about 500 mts from basara.. Very lonely place.. Rooms are OK.. Having ants, insects and musquitoes.. We checked in at 8p.m. Resort Doesn't have proper lights also..

worst resort on earth. never go here. rooms are stinking. there is no generator even in power failures. better go to any cheap hotel near to temple. This resort is the worst.

Place is good but Maintenance very poor , such as no cleaning and lots of garbage surrounding this place but sight seen is good just beside Godavari River is plus point for this

Basara is the abode for goddess for learning Saraswati as per Hindus. 120 kms away from Hyderabad , India , one must visit this fantastic place on the banks of River Godavari.
