Very disrespectful staff ... they don't know how to manage ... we had a function last night , and these people spoiled our function.. they didn't turn on air condition, we all were sweating... never recommend this hotel for any function
The basant started its first outlet in Ludhiana and is famous for good food but do not expect the same in Jalandhar. Average service and bad hygiene.This place is famous for hangout & good quality of food , People who know this place in earlier days still have good old memories, but now they lost their image due to so so quality & not a hygienic place. My son celebrated a small get together with my college friends. Food was not good but not much expensive. There is a parking space available in front of the restaurant.
