They are not the sellers, basically they are THIEVES!!! Things they sold is actually not pure. Today, I returned a GOLD chain, which I bought from their stores only. Other than making charge, they deducted 10% from the actual price of the chain..& they even didn't took the chain in the current gold price.. I will suggest everyone, not to go there.. Totally.... Fraudsters!!!!!!!!

Pathetic behaviour of staff including owner. They are the cheaters. In name of discount in making chargea they are charging you full amount of money. When go for clarity of the amount need to pay for the gold. They just think why poor people and middle class family comes to they shop. It's my decision how would I pay my bill. But no they feel disgusting about that. Disgusting people disgusting behaviour. we reached this because of it's good quality gold only but thanks Never ever visit this shop again. Cheaters.

I bought Sita Haar from Rashbihari Branch. The sales person Mr Dipankar Roy was very helpful, honest & professional. But the cashier was worst (the thin guy sitting on right side of desk) He talked in a odd tone, as if he was doing a favour. We later found he typed wrong customer name on our bill. Totally careless fellow. Such people should be fired from a brand like Basak GM. (Bill : G22 / 02195) Customer name - Suvasree Mukherjee. He typed - Oindrila Banerjee.
