Staff is good and well-behaved but food and room is not good and too outside from the lake view
Best Experience Ever! Great place!!! The staff took care of my parents(senior Citizens) like their own! I can never thank them enough for the treatment they gave. Great place, extraordinary food and service. I say people must try this hospitality when the visit SriNagar. My heart felt wishes to the future.
Only the food is good but all others are very bad, i suggest to all upcoming guests not to book this hotel. 1. Hotel water is not available 2. Rooms are not clean 3. The washroom is not clean 4. Management is not good 5. Hot Kettle is not available it is my very worst experience of my life.
Overall the hotel has good ambiance and hospitality of staff is very satisfactory. All staff members are very friendly and helpful esp( the manager Mr Rouf and supervisor mehraan). I request for a visit here once.
The Rooms were pretty clean The Staff Was Also Very Friendly And The Food There Was Also Good But The location was in a quiet place Overall, Very Nice Place To Stay I Had A Very Great Experience
A warm and beautiful place with friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The best part of this place is that it is isolated from the city giving a calm and natural environment. The food served was great. The staff at this resort treats you very well and is very helpful indeed. Had an amazing stay.
They were not able to clean the room and not able to repair the geyser..in srinagar when temp is around 8 or 9deg, this hotel has no hot water..they say 24x7 hot water..i am very upset with hotel service..no wifi in 2nd floor..people who stayed with us also complained about hot water..please dont go..they talk nicely but without any resolution..in 2nd floor pigeon sound started coming in room at around 4am.
Service is very good, food is also excellent, room is very good. Staff members Mr Rouf and Mr Mehram are very cooperative and very cordial in nature.
