One of my favourite spot in Cochin. I'm giving 5 star rating for the facilities and well trained staffs. They also offer happy hours. Since this place is managed by pgs, you'll receive a top notch service.

Barrel - A PGS Vedanta initiative which is started recently. Great ambiance with good quality and tasty dishes. Good interior with good lighting and calm atmos. Best for relaxing with colleagues. Nice ambience, well mannered and trained staffs.. good choices for alcohol and delicious food..even we can use the pool area too, called Pool Barrel.. Superb place to relax with a drink ..

Best and cool place in the crowded city. Awesome place for having a beer and hangouts. Happy hours is really good and food here is really delicious . This place is really good for family, couple scenes and friends getogether. Rates are normal. The service is great. All those who are working there is really friendly and will help in anyway they are possible. Recommended to visit during Happy hours (11 - 7pm). Offers for beer are amazing and 1 dish is free too .cool

Happy hours @Vedanta - Unhappy experiences Poor service from the staff , yesterday I really had a bad experience at the bar. The staff who attended were so arrogant. When we come to star category hotel we would definitely expect their service to be at the same level, but the kind of experience which I had was so bad. Most of the hotels provide happy hours for their promotion where they would ensure that the customers are happy and would treat their customer with great service. But unfortunately at Barrel (Vedanta) for me it was just an unhappy experience. The sad part is that when I tried to explain to them about my unhappy experience that I had they were least bothered to hear and that makes it clear how they value a customer.

Decent pub. Food was great and the happy hour is quality as well. Its a perfect place to enjoy your evening happily, the staff were very friendly especially Midhun and Rony. The best place to watch big screen sports in Cochin, Good vibe, but go early if it's a match day...

Good Ambience and courteous staff. Loved this place for the choice of liquor and food menu. Placed right at Lissie junction with ample car parking and a direct access to Metro Station.
