Great experience. Boat facilities available for a ride to Kalijai and Bird Island. The food is homely and staff are well behaved and courteous.

Hospitality was good for accommodation section. Room were clean. But paint were chipped off. Geyser not working for room#211 on 4th Feb19. The location was awesome. Landscaping was good. The pathetic part is the restaurant. I will give 1 star only for breakfast. Few of menu available. More should be there as this is a tourists place. Taste was not at all good. Saw fish bone on Table n chair both. People were not responding to the feedback.

The room and the ambience were good but the main con was the kitchen. Very slow service,it was said that lunch is available from 12:30 pm onwards. Even if the order was placed at 11:30 am in the morning the god was served after 1:30pm. Except breakfast,lunch, evening snacks and dinner you cannot get any food even if they provide you with a menu card. Only limited items are available. No option for brunch. Breakfast is complimentary but with limited food acess. If you ask for an extra omlette that is also not available. Apart from fooding other services are quite good and well maintained.

Please improve the food quality.

It is not a Hotel.....it is the Heaven of Chilka.....I ever seen in my Hotel Residential life.... Prices are very less as compared to the Facilities,Scenery, View, Environment and the Periphery......If you are coming to Chilka then Think just once before taking the room anywhere except Panthniwas.....

Restaurant not so clean. Rooms ok.. Chinese food was good but cold. Service is slow.complementary breakfast was the worst part... Cold food was served with limited menu

Quality of food was good. Service was also fine and smooth. The price of the food was also reasonable. But the only thing was the cleanliness of the table was average. We ordered plain rice ,dal, mix sabji , masala chicken curry , papad and salad and strawberry icecream as desert. It costs around 1300 rs.

Food is average I had idly, but there is acute shortage of staffs, be prepared for long wait on orders. We did not stay here, but rooms are okay.
